What format is the content supplied in?
All content is supplied in SD (Standard Definition).

How long before I receive the content?
There is a 3-5 business day turnaround time for all requests.

How far back is content available for purchase?
Content is only available up to three months after airing.

What format will I receive the content in?
Content will be distributed in MP4 format, via a Hightail email address.

Can I preview the content?
Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated URL for content preview. Recent video content may be available to view on our website at www.skynews.com.au. 

I purchased a copy of Licence A - Personal Use, can I show the clip to my friends and family?
Yes you can.

Why do I need to leave my phone number?
This is optional, but is encouraged so that we have another means of contacting you regarding an order.
